Scrapbooking Event Make n' Take

Happy Tuesday My Blogger Friends!
It's Day 5 for my Hummingbird update.....and I can report that Spike and Gizmo are eating and growing FAST.
Momma is leaving her nest about every 15 minutes to feed her babes.......and you can actually see the very tops of their heads when she comes back to the nest to feed them.  The tops of their heads just pop up for their feeding.....and when Momma is done feeding them.......they settle back down into the nest and give Momma a quick 15 minute rest until the next feeding.

My share for today is a fun little brag book that we made at the Little House National Scrapbooking Day event.  This is one of the project we made........

All the pieces were cut out and packaged in a kit......all we needed to do was put the project together.  Everything was in our kits........and we just walked through gluing all the pieces together.
I will probably give this little brag book to my daughter for Baby Twoie!
The Teddy Bear creation was made from cardstock and the gals at the Little House actually taught this class a few months ago.
We used die-cut frames for the inside pages of our brag book.......
Each page had a die-cut frame and then a framed mat so you could add pictures or use for journaling.
Love the shape of this page......
And I think this page would be so precious with a cute little picture of Twoie!
Perfect page for some journaling.......
Here's how we attached our book together.  We just used some Bakers Twine and attached each of the pages together and then tied bound the pages to the actual frame of our brag book.
Just know my daughter is going to love love love this little brag book.  She will be able to leave it on her desk at work.

Thanks for joining me today......I'll be back tomorrow with another Hummingbird update along with another Kards by Kadie creation to share with you.  Keep Living Your Dream!

I am so excited about these hummers. They do look like they are getting bigger even tho' they are so small. Very cool! Thank you for sharing the 'hummers' too!
