Valentine's Day Card

Happy Thursday My Blogger Friends!
Today I have a sweet Valentine's Card to share with you......and it's the Valentine's Day card I made for my SaddleBrooke Card Swap Group.  We all made Valentine's Day Cards......and here is what I created......
My card was a direct CASE from the very talented Tami White (fellow SU Demo).  When I saw Tami demo this card......I knew it would be the card I would be creating for my January Card Swap Group.
I used the new Primrose Petals Core'dinations Card Stock (and Crumb Cake cardstock) to create my two "love" banner flags.  I was able to reveal the inside layer of my Primrose Petals cardstock by sanding the edges with my new Stampin' Sanding Block.
I also used the new Designer Builder Brad to create a SUPER FUN embellishment piece for my Paper Doilies Heart.......
Here is the Paper Doilies Heart that was created by using the new Tea Lace Paper Doilies and adding the laser-cut heart from the More Amore DSP.  All that was left to do was top it off with my Designer Builder Brad embellishment.
I grabbed the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder to create all the embossed texture on my Early Espresso Core'dinations cardstock piece.
I love how the new Core'dinations Cardstock gives my card that antiqued/distressed look without going over the top VINTAGE!
And there you have it......the card I made for my Card Swap Group.  LOVE LOVE LOVE how this card turned out and a Big Thank You to Tami White for her awesome card creation.

I'll be back tomorrow to share a fun little Pillow Box gift that I received last month from a dear friend...........Hope you can make plans to stop back and join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  2. "Love" the laser cut heart over the doily. Such a pretty color combination. You inspired me to get those customizable brads out, too!
