Message In A Bottle

Happy Monday My Blogger Friends
Today I'm going to OFFICIALLY kick-off the Valentine's Day Season with you.  I've been busy making cards and treats for my Grandkids....but my all time favorite Valentine's Treat is that which I made for Jack.  I wanted to create something extra special for Jack this Valentine's Day and what I came up with was a Love Note Bottle.  I made him a Message In A Bottle Project that is just PERFECT for the guy who has everything.  Check out this fun little project........
I made this Message/Love Note in a Bottle gift for Jack and placed it on his bathroom sink on February 1st.  My card tells him that every day till Valentine's Day....I will leave him a SPECIAL little LOVE NOTE that when he's finished reading.....he can deposit into his Love Note Bottle and on Day 14......He will have a special little Love Note Bottle that was made especially for him.
Here's the bottle and Jack's first love note.....
I decorated an old bottle (think there were Prima Flowers in it originally) and I grabbed my SU Artisan Embellishment Kit and went to town making Jack a Love Note Bottle.
I used the new Hearts A Flutter stamp set and Framelits dies for my Hearts...but everything else is straight from the Artisan Embellishment Kit.
I added several of the buttons, flowers, ticket stub, seam binding and lace trim.........
And added the largest Rose Red Button to the top of my bottle.
The card was from my January Stamp Camp series.......
And every day I will be adding a special little Love Note to my Sweetie (which will be for his eyes only).  I just know he will enjoy receiving a special little surprise every morning......and I will enjoy speaking to my Love from my HEART!

Thanks for joining me today.....I'll be back tomorrow to share the Valentine's Treats that I made for my two granddaughters to take to school on Valentine's day for their classmates.  Hope you can make plans to join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!

  3. Can't wait to see all the valentines you dreamed up! Great show so far. I wonder if you could decorate a wine bottle the same way as the clever love note bottle. You have me thinking . . .
