Holiday Extravaganza Part Three

Happy Happy Wednesday My Blogger Friends!
Today is Stamp Camp and I'm at a FULL RUN!  My feet actually hit the floor RUNNING this morning ...... and they will keep moving until 9:00 tonight.  I have 24 lovely ladies coming for two Stamp Camp sessions today and I even have several new ladies joining me for my October Camp.  Can't wait to share with you all the SUPER FABULOUS projects that we are making this month.

Today, I have the 3-D projects we made at Lorri (http://www.confessionsofastampingaddict.com)Holiday Extravaganza last Saturday.
Here's a re-cap of all the cards and projects that we made on Saturday......
First up is this DARLING little gum holder........
Talk about STINKIN CUTE........this will be without a doubt a CASE for my oldest grandson's teachers gift this December!
The packaging holds a 15-stick box of "Extra" gum........
And the Scallop Dotted Ribbon is the handle to this adorable gum holder.
The Candy Canes act as the closure for this holder (BRILLIANT LORRI!)......
And the best part of this gum holder is it wouldn't be hard to re-size this holder for different packages of gum.  Such a fun project and one that will stay on my radar for this holiday season!
And my last 3-D share is this "OH SO CUTE and OH SO FUN" Joy Banner.
We created it with THREE 4x4 coasters and simply covered them with Tombow Glue and DSP!
We used the "Candlelight Christmas Speciality DSP to cover our 4x4 coasters and added a Snow Flurry Bigz Die snowflake to the top of each of our covered coasters.  We also added one of the smaller snowflakes over the top of the larger one and then adhered a letter to the top of each snowflake and we spelled out the word "JOY"!
I added Crystal Effects to ech of my letters - for a GORGEOUS POP!
And even came home and added a 1/2" Gumball Green circle to the center of my letter "O". (I mainly did this because my packet only had two of the smaller snowflakes diecut and I knew Lorri was up to her eyeballs in "STUFF" ...... and I figured I could correct this step when I got home.)
I also added a small knot of Gumball Green Double Stitched ribbon to the top of each coaster!
I went the extra step to add dimensionals to all the end points of my snowflakes - I just know that the little extra time it took me to apply all those small pieces of dimensionals will pay off big in years to come!
A few extra touches of ribbon helped to add that little WOW FACTOR to my Joy Banner!
And here is what the backside of my "Joy Banner" looked like when I completed my project.
Think I will be hanging this in Jack's bathroom this holiday season.  I'm seeing it will look perfect with his up-coming 12-Tags of Christmas Basket.

So there you have it........The fabulous creations that Lorri Heiling created at her first Holiday Extravaganza.  Without a doubt.....all the ladies that I brought with me to this event had a fabulous time and all are talking about returning next year if Lorri does this event again.  Fingers crossed that Lorri  does come through and offer this event again ..... it was FUN ..... INFORMATIVE .... and over-all a GREAT DAY!

I'll be back tomorrow to begin sharing the cards and projects that we made at Stamp Camp - Hope you can join me for that share.  Keep Living Your Dream!
