September Stamp Camp Cards - Part One

Happy Friday My Blogger Friends!
Today I will be sharing two of the cards we made at Wednesday's Stamp Camp......
But first......here's another look at everything we made at our September Stamp Camp.....
We made a purse/tote and added four cards using all new product from the new Stampin' UP! Holiday catalog.  This Camp was a HUGE HIT and all the ladies walked away VERY HAPPY that they had attended.
Card #1 was my little 3x3 card.  We used the new Loving Thoughts and Betty's Bloosom stamp sets to create this card.  We had four different colored leafs to cut out and two of the cut-out leafs were glued directly onto our "Dream" panel....and the other two had a dimensional behind it.....and those two leafs were popped up on our Very Vanilla panel.
We also used the new Early Espresso Core'dination cardstock and added a panel of that onto our Crumb Cake base card.  It was amazing how awesome the new Sanding Block worked on this Core'dination cardstock.
The Early Espresso Corde'dination cardstock was run through the Big Shot using the new Woodgrain Embossing Folder and it created an amazing woodgrain image for our little 3x3 card.  We also used a small piece of Early Espresso 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon on our Very Vanilla panel and just tied a simple knot at the left hand side of that panel.
I decided I just love the look of this card so much that I am going to use this design to make placecards for my Thanksgiving Table this year.  Going to look so pretty with all my guest names written on the Very Vanilla panel.
My Card #2 was inspired by Debbie Henderson at Debbie's Designs.  I used the BigZ Autumn Accents Die along with several other new products to create this card.
The Holiday Frame Embossing Folder was embossed on a piece of Cherry Cobbler Core'dination cardstock.   We then used the Sanding Block to sand-off some of the Cherry Cobbler cardstock and the Core'dinations Dust Buddy helped us to remove the dust and debris that was rubbed of when we used the sanding block.
We used the Wonderfall and Day of Gratitude stamp set...........and we used Cherry Cobbler, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Early Espresso ink pads for this card.  The final touch we gave this card was a small piece of Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon that we tied into a sweet little bow and adhered that bow to our project with a glue-dot.

Both of these cards came together pretty quickly and we realized that the sky is the limit with color combinations you could use for both cards.

I'll be back tomorrow to share the last two cards we made at our Stamp Camp on Wednesday ...... Hope you can come back and join me for those two cards.  Keep Living Your Dream!
