Stationary Fold Up Box

I mentioned yesterday that I had taken a class at my local srapbook store with my BFF Jan and Berta a couple months ago. That same day, we also took a second class that had us create this really FUN stationary fold up box. Here's a picture of the box as it stands on your counter.
All you need to do is pull off the top of the box and the insides fold out to expose sections for notecards.....tags........address book.......post-it-note holder........a pen and even a place for you to store stamps.
Everything tucks nice and neat inside this stationary holder and it seriously wasn't that hard to make.
Here's what the box looks like with all the pieces showing.........SO BEAUTIFUL!
A close-up of the three tags that we made for one of the compartments inside the box.
And a close-up of the three cards we created........SO LOVELY!
A fellow Stampin Up! demonstrator Dannie Graves has a blog (Dannie's Desgins) at http://danniesdesigns.typepad.com/my_weblog/ and she has a video tutorial (dated September 9, 2008) that will walk you through the steps to making this amazing Stationary Box. She also has a pdf file that you can print the templates out to making this box. Here is the link to the video tutorial: http://danniesdesigns.com/my_weblog/video_tutorial/
If you are interested in creating one of these boxes for yourself......head on over to Dannie's blog. Dannie has LOTS of FUN ideas and she is seriously One Talented SU Demonstrator. Give a yell back to me if you have trouble linking to Dannie's site.......I'll be happy to correct the link if need be.
Hope you can come back tomorrow and spend some time with me. Until tomorrow......Keep Living Your Dream!
